Design of a temporary third place in the heart of the European district dedicated to exchanges between citizens and institutions. 

The space is intended to be evolutionary, revolving around a modular space for dialogue (agora, exchange table, etc...) and adapted audio tools. In addition, the basement hosts different actors such as a bicycle trailer association, tool lending, and bicycle parking space.
