Support in the diagnostic, prioritization and programming phase of the first axis and district contract of the City of Brussels from February to November 2023.

Through about fifteen exchange moments, more than ten participatory on-site workshops, four general assemblies, a wide call for ideas (with 100 proposals received) and a voting phase in September (700 votes), the residents and local stakeholders of the neighborhood were able to define initial specifications for the future uses of the public spaces of Querelle.

Fourteen projects emerged, selected by the residents as well as the various City services, to improve the quality of life in their neighborhood: redevelopment of the Querelle plain, greening, strengthening of street educators, employment, and redeployment of the Neighborhood House.
