Programming and development of a 4000m² industrial wasteland, integrating initiatives of the circular, sustainable or social economy, to create a place for experimenting with the mix of public and productive space.
Design and implementation of ground markings facilitating the cohabitation of productive and recreational activities, as well as the mapping of an "ecosystem" highlighting the relationships and exchanges between the parties involved.

Historical place of Gosselies, the Place des Martyrs is currently used as a parking space, making it difficult for the inhabitants to appropriate it.
In view of its renovation, a work of defining usage scenarios is set up with the municipality, its associations and its inhabitants through interviews, exploratory walks and collaborative workshops with local associations and inhabitants. Three axes emerge: connecting the square to its environment, energizing it commercially and making it lively through a varied program.
These scenarios are then implemented through action sheets intended for the city and the group of architects. These documents detail the needs, spatial configuration, implementation and synergy of the different options considered for the future of the square.
